Meet Managing Partner Sandy T. Fox

Sandy T. Fox is the principal of The Law Offices of Sandy T. Fox, P.A., and a highly accomplished family law attorney serving clients throughout South Florida. A long-time Florida resident, Mr. Fox is licensed by The Florida Bar and has built a reputation for delivering high-quality legal representation in complex family and marital matters. With over two decades of experience, he brings a powerful combination of deep legal knowledge, seasoned courtroom advocacy, and strategic negotiation skills to every case. His work reflects both technical excellence and a strong commitment to helping people navigate challenging conflicts with confidence.

Mr. Fox is a Florida Bar Board Certified specialist in Marital & Family Law, the highest level of recognition granted by The Florida Bar. This distinction is awarded to a select group of attorneys who have demonstrated exceptional proficiency through rigorous examination, advanced education, and peer evaluation. He is also a National Board of Trial Advocacy Board Certified Family Law Trial Advocate.

He represents clients throughout Miami-Dade, Monroe, Broward, and Palm Beach Counties, as well as across South Florida.

Education

Mr. Fox earned his Juris Doctor from Nova Southeastern University in 2004 and his Bachelor of Science from Florida State University in 1999. During his undergraduate studies, he participated in a study abroad program at Richmond College.

Representative Work

Mr. Fox’s practice spans the full spectrum of family law issues, allowing him to guide clients through both routine and highly complex matters. He regularly represents clients in divorce proceedings, including high-net-worth cases that require careful attention to financial and asset-related matters. He also drafts and negotiates prenuptial and postnuptial agreements designed to protect clients’ interests and provide clarity for the future.

In addition, he assists clients in resolving disputes involving child custody, child support, and parental responsibility, often working with parenting plans and parenting coordinators to achieve workable, long-term solutions. His experience also includes handling cases involving alimony, paternity, equitable distribution, child relocation, domestic violence, contempt and enforcement, and modifications of existing court orders.

A defining feature of Mr. Fox’s practice is his ability to balance litigation and negotiation. He provides strong courtroom advocacy when necessary, while also emphasizing negotiation strategies and alternative approaches to help clients avoid unnecessary expense, delay, and conflict whenever possible.
